HOW TO TAKE PHENTRAMIN
Recommended dosage is one capsule with 8 ounces of water in the
morning and one capsule with 8 ounces of water at noon or in the

with proper nutrition habits and an exercise program. The full effects
of the product may take four to six weeks. Do not increase your
dose or take it more frequently than recommended.
